All aspects of the elements are needed for overall BALANCE. Sunlight is our medicine and absorbs through our skin to give us energy, provides vitamin D, responsible for cellular repair and much more.
Have you ever seen or heard of sunbathers? Do you recall seeing a line of people laying in the sun? Well this is really no different, let your yoni in on the fun and get some sun. If you have the luxury to go outdoors, please do, but if not find a window in your home that receives the most sunlight. Once you find the perfect spot with the right amount of sun, lay down in the nude or in a dress and allow the rays of the sun to touch your yoni/womb inside and out and meditate 10-20 minutes. Meditate, recite positive affirmations and just lay and absorb the warmth.
Have you ever walked outside and do you remember how if felt for the the sun to shine on your face or the wind graze your cheek? Wasn’t that a great feeling? Imagine how your yoni will feel receiving/feeling nature.
